Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hr notice is required for cancellations. Any cancellations within this time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If you are sick or have an emergency, please call us!

Insurance - We provide direct billing to most insurance providers in BC! Coverage is dependent on your specific plan - if you have questions regarding your coverage, you will need to contact your insurance provider. - We currently are NOT accepting ICBC or Worksafe BC claims at this time

Sarah can now direct bill to all insurance providers EXCEPT Medavie Blue Cross at this time.

Along the way in life, we encounter circumstances that move us away from this homeostatic balance - ie. injuries, illness, stress, etc. My job as a massage therapist, is to help guide your body back to wellness. The body and all its systems work together to make that happen. I believe viewing the body as a whole unit with many moving parts can significantly help its healing (its journey back to homeostasis). And this looks different for everyone! So, building an individual approach to your treatment plan and homecare is my main goal.

Emily Johnson

Born and raised in Prince George, BC, I have spent most of my life between both indoor and outdoor activities in the Northern seasons, including bodybuilding, soccer, badminton, MMA, yoga and trail running, which has lead me to delve into performance and anatomy.  

I began my pursuit of health sciences at the University of Northern British Columbia where I discovered my passion for human anatomy and function. After which I studied at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC. Upon graduation I returned to Prince George to begin my career as a Registered Massage Therapist. 

I’ve since been in West Kelowna making the most of the beautiful lake, hikes, and lifestyle here!

Sarah is a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist based in beautiful Kelowna, BC. With a strong commitment to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being, Sarah brings both expertise and compassion to every session.

Having completed a comprehensive massage therapy program and becoming fully licensed through the College Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHP), Sarah is equipped with a broad skill set that includes a range of therapeutic techniques. With a focus in treatments for muscle tension, chronic pain relief, stress reduction, and injury rehabilitation, Sarah tailors each massage to meet the specific needs of every client.
